High Calcium Supplement
- Dosage: 1 teaspoon daily (1 tsp equals 1000 mgs of calcium derived from plants. )
- 8 oz. cobalt blue glass bottle: 8 ounces contains a 1 month supply.
Organic ingredients: red clover, horsetail, borage, chamomile, red raspberry leaf, seaweed, Collards, Kale, apple cider vinegar, black strap molasses.
The herbs used in this tincture are extremely high in calcium.
To function properly, calcium must be accompanied by magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins A, C, D, and very possibly vitamin E. When I create the Calcium Supplement I do not separate the calcium from the plant.
The herbs in the Calcium Supplement are high in Phosphorus. Phosphorus is needed in at least the same amount as calcium. The body uses calcium and phosphorus together to give firmness to bones.
Calcium absorption also depends upon the presence of adequate amounts of vitamin D, which works with the parathyroid hormone to regulate the amount of calcium in the blood. The herbs used in this Calcium Supplement have naturally occurring Vitamin D. In addition, because this extract is a "solar extract" this calcium supplement will receive vitamin D, naturally.
Calcium needs acid for proper assimilation. If acid in some form is not present in the body, calcium is not dissolved and therefore cannot be used as needed by the body. Instead it can build up in tissues or joints as calcium deposits, leading to a variety of disturbances. This problem does not exist with my Calcium Supplement because I use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar (an acid) as the menstrumn.
This Calcium Supplement has may have a beneficial effect for cramps in the feet or legs.
Problems of Menopause, such as nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and headaches, have been overcome with the use of calcium, magnesium, and Vitamin D. The Calcium Supplement is high in these chemical constituents.
This Calcium Supplement may aid in the body’s utilization of iron. It may also help activate several enzymes (catalysts important for metabolism), and may help regulate the passage of nutrients in and out of the cell walls.
While Calcium may have these effects on some people, It may not work on all people the same way. Results may be different from person to person.
