I have been teaching this class since the year 1999. Many of the men and women who have taken this class contact me today. They share their stories of how the class has given them the skill to create Herb infused Organic Skin Care Products.

I have been teaching this class since the year 1999. Many of the men and women who have taken this class contact me today. They share their stories of how the class has given them the skill to create Herb infused Organic Skin Care Products.
When you have taken this class and the Herbal Medicine Workshop, it will qualify you to be able to attend our monthly apprenticeship day. On the first Saturday of the month join others in the workshop of the Natural Health Hut clinic. You will practice what you have learned in class and assist me in making herbal remedies.
The date of the next Herbal Skin Care workshop: November 13, 2010
- The workshop's mission is to teach you how to make "Herbal" Cosmetic Products. Learn a complete herbal skincare program for your skin type and how to make herbal skincare products using herbs that revitalize the skin.
- Rose Kalajian's ---Spiral-bound/Step by Step Workbook; "Handcrafted Herbal Cosmetics." is offered for $25.00.
We will create the following:
- Herbal Oil: A Hands On Experience Creating an Infused Herbal Oil and Decanting an Infused Herbal Oil.
- Facial Toner- to make this floral toner we must first prepare the Rose-petal Flower Water. Then....other ingredients are assembled to instruct you on the art of Aromatherapy - Facial Toner.
- Herbal Glycerin soap- Watch how this is made and take home a sample.
- Body Lotions- A whipped skin butter Made from Shea Butter and Coconut Oil - (which has been infused Calendula, Lavender, Rose petals, Vitamin C) and scented with Organic Essential Oils.
- Lip Gloss- in a roller applicator. A clean application each time you apply it to your lips.
The class will also include:
- Packaging and Labeling: You will learn the "FDA" requirements for Labeling your product.
- Snacks and beverages will be served for your enjoyment.
This will be a hands-on workshop.
The materials you use will be provided.
In addition, I am hoping you would like to take home some of the herbal products YOU create in the workshop.
A refundable deposit of $25.00 is required. You can choose to apply the deposit to the cost of the workbook, or not.
A 48 hour cancellation is required. The cancellation has to be by email or snail mail. Thank-you.
